For my Father-in-law's birthday we went walking on a trail we have been wanting to see for a while now. The Baskett Slough is a wildlife refuge that has trails that look over the whole valley. It was beautiful out and despite the wind, we all had a wonderful time being together as a family.
yay for family adventures!! our little dude is only two months old but i already love going on family walks and picnics and all that good summer stuff. not that he'll remember -- but i'd like to think we are getting into good habits of spending time together early.
