After Kelsey and Scott's wedding we stayed in Hood River for the evening. We stayed in an awesome hotel that was just a stones throw away from the Columbia river which is so beautiful. Maisie was on cloud nine- from the attention she got at the wedding, to the friends she made at the wedding (who also stayed in the same hotel) to the frequent dips in the pool- even late night ones because bedtime goes out the window on vacation right?
It was a fun mini vacation for us. I am so happy we could celebrate our friends on their big day and have a break from the hustle and bustle of our normal routine. I only wish we had more time to explore Hood River, but that's just a great excuse to go back again some day.
